Founded by Glenn Longstaff, the business brings over 30 years of hands on experience to projects where nothing is standard and every decision carries weight. From complex residential builds to highly detailed commercial work, we work with intention, calm, methodical and deeply collaborative.

With almost 30 years’ experience in the building industry, Glenn has learnt the building trade from the ground up. He rose through the ranks from Apprentice Carpenter to become Construction Manager on multiple high-end projects, here in Australia and in the UK.

Prior to establishing GSTRUCT GROUP in 2013, Glenn was at VCON for 15 years. VCON is renowned for delivering a remarkable portfolio of architectural projects throughout Melbourne and Glenn was privileged to oversee some hugely successful projects, such as the award-winning Jackalope Hotel on the Mornington Peninsula.

Glenn has enjoyed collaborating with highly esteemed architects over the years. The strength of these relationships is a testament to Glenn’s ability to gain the high level of trust required with all Architects and Clients for bespoke high-end builds.

Glenn’s in-depth understanding of all facets of the building process has helped shape the foundations for GSTRUCT GROUP and it’s this in-depth knowledge that ensures each build meets the highest of quality standards.
